"Shizuoka Gibier Bishu Mamiya Sohonpo" in Fujieda City is a specialty store that sells gibier, mainly deer and boar from Shizuoka Prefecture. By processing the meat as quickly as possible after catching it, we provide safe and fresh meat.

We sell meat wholesale to restaurants, and processed products such as sausages and charcoal-grilled wild boar are sold at supermarkets and retail stores. It is said to be well-received by the restaurants it works with because it has no odor or taste and is easy to prepare.
