Masuda's ``Soft Kale GABA'' is the first fresh leafy vegetable in Japan to be recognized as a food with ``GABA'' functional claims. It is a green and yellow vegetable that contains a lot of ``γ-amino acid (GABA)'', which has the effect of lowering blood pressure for those who are concerned about high blood pressure and is effective in relieving stress. In addition, based on the concept of ``easy-to-eat kale,'' we have developed our own varieties that are soft, without bitterness, and delicious even when raw. We have obtained a patent for the kale cultivation method and kale harvest, and carefully cultivate it using a special method using organic fertilizer. We harvest and deliver by hand.
