Shiitake Mushroom Kororin Kororin When I met wasabi, I thought, oh, it's delicious.

This product was developed in collaboration with an NPO that also operates a vocational facility in Mishima City. A delicious tsukudani was created by combining shiitake mushroom stems and wasabi from Amagi, Izu. The classic taste of shiitake mushrooms and the aromatic scent of wasabi create a perfect harmony. The umami-filled stems of fungi-grown shiitake mushrooms from Kannami are used as ingredients, and are dried in the sun to produce the umami ingredient ``guanylic acid,'' which brings out the umami and sweetness. It is then slowly simmered in a seasoning liquid to condense the flavor. By combining it with real wasabi, it becomes especially delicious.
"Japanese snacks" was born.
