We used amazake specially developed for this ice cream by Takashima Sake Brewery in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
This ice cream is 100% plant-based, does not contain 28 allergens, does not contain sugar, and is made with simple ingredients such as amazake, rice bran oil, and salt to bring out its deliciousness.
