Shizuoka has been loved for 400 years since the Edo period, and Maruko's specialty is Chojiya's yam soup. Frozen yam soup was born from the idea that ``we want you to enjoy this same deliciousness at home.'' We are particular about ingredients and manufacturing methods, combining 100% natural yam from Shizuoka Prefecture, which has an earthy aroma that permeates the nose and an elegant and delicate consistency, with the blessings of nature: bonito stock from Yaizu, and homemade white miso.
