We created a new pasta sauce based on Shizuoka's specialty whitebait. There are three flavor variations: peperoncino flavor, vinegar ginger flavor, and tomato basil flavor. Fresh whitebait is boiled and fried in a pot, and then served in a retort bag. You can use it as is for boiled pasta, or you can warm it up and use it in a variety of dishes. With a shelf life of 3 days, this is a new Shizuoka souvenir that allows you to enjoy delicious whitebait at room temperature.
