Each bottle of "Ota Ponkan Straight" contains approximately 30 small Ponkan oranges packed with sweetness and richness. After harvest, the oranges are aged for about a month and a half to achieve the perfect balance of sweetness, sourness, aroma, and bitterness. A special juicing method is used to create a fresh taste and aroma like that of raw Ponkan oranges, without any unpleasant flavors. Now that it's juiced, you can enjoy the seasonal taste that's only available in winter all year round. The bottle and packaging are also very high-class and stylish, making it a premium bottle.

Ota Ponkan is a representative citrus fruit of Shimizu, and is grown in the blessed climate and environment of this area. At our farm, we thin out about 80% of the fruit according to the timing of growth, concentrating nutrients to produce rich, delicious fruit. Today, many people enjoy our farm's Ota Ponkan and other citrus fruits.
