"Aminyon Yaki" is a baked confectionery that will warm your heart when you see it and put a smile on your face when you eat it, with the gentle face of Amitabha Buddha. Based on the motif of the "Amitabha Buddha Statue," an important cultural asset of Kannami Town, this baked confectionery is made by making effective use of "buttermilk" that was originally discarded during the butter manufacturing process of the local "Tanna Milk." It comes in two flavors, plain and caramel. It is very popular for its delicious taste and cute appearance! It goes well with tea or coffee, and is also ideal as a souvenir or gift.

In the future, we will aim to further increase awareness of the local product and further expand sales channels.
