Atagoshita Yokan, which has a storefront that harkens back to a bygone era, is said to have its roots in the first generation, Mr. Kazuyoshi Nakata, who opened a store specializing in yokan in 40 and named it after the place name Atagoshita. Yokan, whose taste and texture are said to be determined by the combination of ingredients and the degree of heat, is made using a consistent manufacturing method since its founding, and it is rare these days to display the yokan in its original form without wrapping it. We are selling. Atago-shita yokan is characterized by its firm, firm texture and elegant sweetness, and its simple yet carefully preserved taste has many fans. There are various types of yokan such as azuki bean, chestnut, matcha, and white, as well as seasonal varieties, but all of them are rare products that are rarely sold outside.
