``Kinmei'' is a sake named after the sacred spring ``Kinmeisui'' at the top of Mt. Fuji.
Kinmei is a sake that uses locally grown rice suitable for sake brewing, Wakasui, and has a strong color because the use of activated carbon is kept to a minimum during filtration.
Fuji's spring water, which gushes naturally within the company, is polished and brewed in the winter as water for brewing. It is loved as a local sake in Gotemba.
