We sell high-quality wasabi grown in the spring water of Mt. Amagi, Izu, as well as products unique to farmers, such as handmade ``wasabi pickles,'' ``wasabi stalks pickled in vinegar,'' and ``wasabi miso.''
Among them, ``Wasabi-zuke'', which uses a generous amount of harvested wasabi, is a masterpiece made with only sake lees and wasabi stems.
Wasabi grown in spring water is extremely rare and cannot be mass-produced. For this reason, we only sell at our directly managed store in Yugashima, Izu City, nearby inns, and our website.
