Dry eggplant, which is made by drying organic eggplant, is easy to use as it is in miso soup, soup, stir-fried dishes, simmered dishes, etc. without returning it to water. It's packed with eggplant flavor and will be a great time-saving dish for busy days.

The Happy Vegetable Farm is located in Kamisaigo, Kakegawa City, the ruins of the mansion where Tokugawa Ieyasu's beloved ``Ai no Kata'' (Saigo no Tsune) was born. She was the birth mother of Hidetada, the second Tokugawa shogun, and was the most beloved of Ieyasu because she was beautiful and intelligent.

Based on these stories, we are planning a ``Taste tour of the hometown of Ieyasu's loved ones.'' We had a vegetable harvesting experience, an organic lunch, and a tour of historical facilities. In addition, we hold various events such as the opening of a community farm, farm tours, harvest experiences, and organic vegetable study sessions.

In the future, they would like to further focus on gastronomy tourism, where visitors can enjoy Kakegawa's culture and history through its vast farms and delicious vegetables.
