Ashitaka Sansui Shrine is a mysterious shrine related to water that is located deep in the mountains, but is worshiped by ocean travelers and fishermen who enshrine the dragon god. Directly below is a series of terraced tatami-stone-style wasabi fields, where "Momozawa Wasabi from Nagaizumi Town," a Nagaizumi brand-certified product, is cultivated using spring water from the Momosawa River.
