Oyama Town is the northeasternmost tip of Shizuoka Prefecture. It is the birthplace of Mt. Fuji and Kintaro. With Mt. Fuji to the west and Ashigara Pass to the east, about 65% of Oyama Town is forested and rich in greenery and underground water from Mt. Fuji. The town is in harmony with nature and has easy access to the Tomei Expressway and National Routes 246 and 138.
