spiny lobster | 2-3 fish |
miso | Appropriate amount |

White rice, dried black seaweed | a little |
Method
Grill the beard of the Japanese yam and wash it gently with a sponge.
Grate 1 and grind in a mortar until it becomes elastic.
Add the spiny lobsters with their shells on to the bonito stock and boil for about 15 minutes.
Remove the spiny lobster and season with miso to your liking.
Finish by adding the spiny lobster stock little by little to the grated Japanese yam.
Cut the spiny lobster in half lengthwise and serve as miso soup (photo).
Sprinkle dried black seaweed as a seasoning.
