Honey carrot (carrot)

Ingredients (Easy to make quantity)

Honey carrot (carrot) 125g
Fresh cream 75g
Egg (L size) 1 individual
salt As appropriate
nutmeg As appropriate
 

Method

Wrap the carrots in aluminum foil and bake or steam them.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend into a smooth paste.

Pour into your favorite mold coated with olive oil (not listed) (covered with plastic wrap).

Bake in a preheated oven at 140-150℃ for 20-45 minutes.

If it doesn't come out when you insert a bamboo skewer into it, cool it in ice water to remove the heat, then cool it completely in the refrigerator.

Remove from the mold and serve. If available, add fried carrot leaves, carrot salad (combined with salt, olive oil, and vinegar), and cheese crocante (grilled cheese fried in a fluoropolymer-treated frying pan).
