Aroma melon (greenhouse melon)

Aroma melon happy mousse

Ingredients (For 4-6 people)

Aroma melon (adjust other ingredients depending on the size of the melon) 1 individual
gelatin 15g
Wed 7 tablespoons
Fresh cream 200 tsp
sugar 20g (optional)

Method

Wash aroma melon with water. Cut into water (use one as a vessel). Remove the pulp from the remaining 1/4 of the melon, leaving 3/4 to use for decoration.

Soak gelatin with water.

Blend the aroma melon pulp from step ❶ in a blender and remove it into a pot.

Add the gelatin and sugar soaked in water, mix well, and heat. (Once the gelatin has melted, cool it with ice water.)

Divide the fresh cream into eighths. When ❸ has cooled, whisk it little by little into a bowl of fresh cream, put it in an aroma melon bowl, and chill it in the refrigerator. Once cooled, decorate with melon on top and it's done.
