Method

Make onion sauce by putting ingredients A in a blender and mixing well until it becomes a fine dressing.

Soak your favorite raw vegetables in cold water and drain. Prepare as a garnish with seasonal vegetables.

Lightly salt and pepper (not listed in ingredients) the cut pieces of Yumesaki beef or thinly sliced ​​meat for grilling, then lightly stir-fry in a heated fluororesin-treated frying pan.

Arrange salad on a plate, top with fried meat, surround with seasonal vegetables, and finish with onion sauce.
