Yamabuki Nadeshiko Ice Cream

Ingredients (For 8 people)

Organic Yamabuki Nadeshiko (commercially available powder) 1 tsp
Fresh cream 200 tsp
sugar 2 tablespoons

Method

Combine organic Nadeshiko (powder), fresh cream, and sugar in a bowl and whip with a hand mixer.

Spread ❶ in a stainless steel vat and freeze.

Once ❷ is solidified, serve it in a bowl.
