Ishikawa sweet potato and banana pancakes

Ingredients (For 2 people)
Ishikawa sweet potato | 50g |
banana | 50g |
egg | 1 individual |
Granulated sugar | 50g |
milk | 120g |
Flour | 150g |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Method
Peel and thinly slice Ishikawa sweet potatoes, microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until soft, then mash with a fork. Mash the banana with a fork as well.
Add eggs, granulated sugar, and milk to ❶ in that order, and mix well each time with a whisk.
Combine the flour and baking powder, sift and mix gently.
Bake the dough in a hot frying pan and finish with your favorite decorations.
Key Points
Do not mix too much after adding the flour. Decorate with your choice of fresh cream, banana, chocolate, honey, butter, etc.
