Shrimp with wasabi mayonnaise

Ingredients (For 2 people)

Peeled shrimp 10 tails
sunny lettuce a little
Wasabi mayonnaise
mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
Condensed milk 2 tsp
Fresh cream 1 tsp
salt 1/4 teaspoon
wasabi 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
eggs, salt, potato starch a little

Method

Wash the peeled shrimp and drain thoroughly. Add salt to the eggs, mix and mix with the potato starch to make a batter.

Tear the sunny lettuce into bite-sized pieces and soak in water.

Mix the wasabi mayonnaise ingredients.

Fry ❶ (Frying oil is not included in the ingredients), mix with ❸, and add drained ❷.
