Moon-viewing fried rice

Ingredients (For 1 people)
Chicken love egg soil | 1 individual |
rice | 200g |
Qing-geng-cai | 1/4 shares |
crab meat | 30g |
Shaoxing sake | 2 tablespoons |
Soy sauce | 1 tablespoons |
Dashi soup (4 to 5 times type) | 1/2 tbsp |
Salt, pepper | a little |
Method
Combine Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and dashi soup, and soak in egg yolk (about 1 hour).
Boil the bok choy and cool it in ice water. Drain well and dice.
Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry the egg whites, and stir in the rice. Add the crabmeat and bok choy and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Place on a plate, make a well on top and top with the egg yolk from step ❶, and it's done. Eat while crushing the egg yolk.
Key Points
Bok choy should not be overcooked to retain its texture. Drain well. Crab meat may be crab meat.
