Red cheek parfait

Ingredients (about 8 cups)
Red cheek | 300g (about 20 grains) |
Granulated sugar | 110g |
Fresh cream (100% milk fat) | 200 tsp |
egg yolk | 1 individual |

Method
Lightly crush Benihoppe (strawberries) and mix in a mixer with 70g of granulated sugar to make strawberry paste.
Put fresh cream and 40g of granulated sugar in a bowl, mix well, whisk well with a whisk, then mix ❶, add egg yolk and mix well.
Divide into containers of your choice, such as glass cups, and freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours.
When eating, top with fresh cream and strawberries as desired.
