Green tea flavored Taiyo chicken meatball burger

Ingredients (5 servings)

 

A
minced sun chicken 500g
Onion (chopped) Half
egg yolk 1 individual
salt 5g
sugar 5g
black sesame 10g
Green tea (tea leaves) 5g
grated ginger 10g
egg yolk 5 individual
Salad oil a little

Method

Place ingredients A in a bowl and mix until the mixture comes together and becomes sticky.

Divide ❶ into 5 equal parts and form into hamburger shapes. Pat with your hands to remove air and make a well in the center.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook over low heat for about 7 minutes, then turn over and fry for about 3 minutes.

Bake slowly for about a minute until the inside is cooked through.

When it's baked, put it on a plate, drop an egg yolk into the well, and it's done!
