Chicken Ai Land and Peach Soufflé

Ingredients (90 7cc containers)
Chicken love egg soil | 2 individual |
peach | 1 individual |
Granulated sugar | 60g |
Cornstarch (sifted) | 10g |
Unsalted butter | a little |
Method
Spread a thin layer of butter on the inside of a heat-resistant container.
Cut the peeled peaches into 2cm cubes and sprinkle them on the bottom of ❶.
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites and place each in a large bowl.
Add 20g of granulated sugar to the egg yolks, mix with a whisk until it becomes whitish, then add cornstarch and mix well.
Lightly mix the egg whites, then add a pinch of granulated sugar and mix well with a whisk. Once foamy enough, make meringue by adding the remaining granulated sugar in 3 parts.
Add 1/3 of ❺ to ❹ and mix well with a rubber spatula, then add the remaining ❺ in two parts and mix gently.
Add ❻ to ❷ and bake in an oven heated to 180℃ for 10 to 15 minutes and it's done!
◆It's good either freshly baked (pictured right) or chilled and sprinkled with powdered sugar (pictured left)!
