Mishima Mango
Mishima mango caprese

Ingredients (2 servings)
Mishima Mango | 1/2 |
Mozzarella cheese | 50g |
honey | 1 tablespoons |
lemon juice | 1 tablespoons |
Extra virgin olive oil | 1 tsp |
Black pepper | a little |
Method
Remove the seeds from the Mishima mango, peel it (you can use a peeler), and cut it into 5mm pieces.
Cut mozzarella cheese into 5mm pieces
Arrange ❶ and ❷ on top of each other alternately.
Put honey and lemon juice in a bowl, mix well and pour over ❸.
Finish with olive oil and black pepper, add vegetables and herbs as you like, and it's done!
