Izushika

Izushka ☆ Kebab style sandwich

Ingredients (1 servings)

 

Izuka (thigh meat) 100g
lettuce 25g
Tomato 45g
onion 15g
Bread (4 slices) 1
 [A] (for seasoning)
garam masala 2g
Olive oil 15g
Salt and pepper a little
[B] (for source)
Yogurt (plain) 30g
mayonnaise 15g
Mint (coarsely chopped) 4
Salt and pepper a little
Tabasco as you like

Method

Slice the Izushika thinly, cover with plastic wrap, and tap lightly with an empty bottle.

Season ❶ with [A] and set aside for a while.

Slice the lettuce into 5mm pieces, the tomatoes into 5mm pieces, and the onion into 2mm pieces.

Mix [B] to make sauce

Cut the bread in half and make a slit in one direction to make a bag shape.

Bake both sides of ❺ in the toaster until golden brown.

Heat a small amount of olive oil (not listed in ingredients) in a frying pan and fry ❷ over high heat.

Sandwich ❸❹❼ with ❻ and it's done!
