Shizuoka Food WorkersAs part of the prefecture's efforts to make Fujinokuni the "City of Food," chefs and confectioners who actively use ingredients from Shizuoka Prefecture and contribute to the promotion of the prefecture's agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and food culture were awarded the title "Fujinokuni Food City Creation Workers." In addition, every year, workers who have performed particularly outstanding activities are awarded the title "The Worker of the Year." Furthermore, workers who have received the "The Worker of the Year" award five times are given the title of "Fujinokuni Maestro Chef."
