Our cuisine is mainly Cantonese cuisine.
This is a Japanese favorite dish created by the Cantonese people, who are particularly sensitive to taste even in vast China.
We make sure to actively use seasonal vegetables from the Mishima area and agricultural and marine products from the prefecture in our cooking.
