37 years of experience as a chef (as of 2023) At Hakone Hotel Kowakien, he has covered everything from cooking to desserts with his wide range of talents, including cooking French cuisine Fontainebleau.
Using the skills cultivated over 18 years, he became independent and opened Brasserie Mugi.
