Joined Hotel Century Shizuoka (currently Gran Hills Shizuoka) in June 2009. Keyaki Chef in January 6. In the same year, he was selected as a ``Creator of the City of Food''.
In February 2018, won the prefectural governor's award at the "Izu Wasabi Menu" contest.
