Born in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture
1995 Learned the depth of French cuisine at French Restaurant La Lune, Otsuki Hotel, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
Joined Resort Trust Co., Ltd. in 1997. He pursues the essence of cooking,
In 2003, he became the sous chef at XIV Izu Western restaurant La Pere.
In 2011, he left Resort Trust Co., Ltd. to perfect his cooking skills and opened Brass Les Chou in the same year.
Became independent as owner/chef since July 2016
