Worker interview

A topping that brings out the rich aroma of the ingredients.
When you open the pot, you'll be greeted by the scent of olive oil scented with garlic and the dough made by hand from 100% domestic flour. The Japanese flying squid has a springy texture and is rich in natural saltiness from the sea breeze and a concentrated smoky flavor. The original blend of cheese has a rich flavor, and the generous amount of green onions on the dough gives it a Japanese flavor.

Shizuoka that I fell in love withFoodstuff"Oki-dried Japanese squid"
The offshore dried squid dried on the boat returning to the fishing port has just the right amount of salt from the sea breeze. It is an ingredient that has the best of both the soft and chewy texture between fresh and dry.
