“Gentile” has two concepts. One is a "homely sushi restaurant." Chef Yu Aoki says, ``I think many people go to a sushi restaurant when they want to eat something delicious or celebrate something.'' I hope people will use our restaurant in the same way.'' explain. Another concept is "Shizuoka Italian". Seafood is purchased from Yui Fishing Port, and vegetables and meat are sourced from reliable producers within the prefecture. In order to serve the ingredients we have collected in the most delicious condition, our menu mainly consists of omakase courses and a la carte. ``Chef, what's today's recommendation?'' ``Today, Yui has some nice cutlass.'' ``Then I'd like to drink some cutlet.'' Today, many fans come to Gentile's counter to experience such interaction with the chef and to enjoy dishes that allow you to feel the power of the ingredients.
