Ryuji Hayashi

Born in 1972.
In 92, started working at Continental Foods (Nagoya Okura). After that, he joined Okura Act City Hotel Hamamatsu. He became the sous chef of Tokabayashi, the chef of Teppanyaki Sazanka, and the chairman of Hamamatsu Mitsuboshi Kai. Currently, he is the head chef at URUICHI, a meat restaurant.
