Executive chef of Hotel Associa Shizuoka. Bronze medal from the All Japan Chefs Association Academy, certified as Disciple by the Auguste Escoffier Association, and Maître de Carnadier. Awarded the Excellence Award at the Shizuoka Prefecture New French Cuisine Competition, the Silver Award at the 2nd Shizuoka Prefecture Food Festival, and the Silver Award at the 2nd Shizuoka Prefecture Food Festival Healthy Cooking Contest. He also teaches at a culinary school.
