Yuya Tsukada

Born in Shizuoka City. He studied confectionery at Tokai Cooking and Confectionery College. After graduating, he trained for 3 years at the Western confectionery shop ``MIGNON'' in Hamamatsu, and 3 years at the famous shop ``Defer'' in Kanagawa. Furthermore, she learned about restaurant-style sweets at La Sprandeur in Tokyo. After that, he worked as a chef in Aichi for about 6 years, and worked hard to develop human resources as a full-time teacher of confectionery technology (Western confectionery) at his alma mater, Tokai Cooking and Confectionery College. In 2017, we won the overall grand prize at Japan Cake Show Tokyo, Japan's largest Western confectionery contest, and won the Japan Belcolade Award. He won a silver medal as part of the Japanese national team at the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie 2021. In 2023, “Elegrand U” will open.
