Recruitment for Fujinokuni SDGs Certification System

1 Overview of the system

Shizuoka Prefecture is launching the Fujinokuni SDGs Certification System for agricultural, forestry and fisheries product producers and restaurants.

By making it easy for beginners to participate even if they feel the need for SDGs initiatives but don't know where to start, and by reflecting the efforts of advanced users in evaluations, all businesses can step up. We have created a system that allows you to work toward your goals.

In addition, consumers can also participate in SDGs initiatives by publicizing and disseminating these initiatives to consumers, and encouraging them to support them by actively using certified producers' agricultural, forestry, and fisheries products and restaurants. With this in mind, we will expand the circle of SDGs initiatives and aim to realize a sustainable local society.

2 Examination items and certification period

(1) Examination items

Five items have been established as examination items. Please see the respective outline for details of the initiatives and activities that make up each item.

(2) Certification period

The first three months after three years from the date of certification or renewal31It's been about 3 years since then.

3 Certification marks, etc.

Efforts and activities related to the examination items will be evaluated on a scale of 100 points, and certification will be given in the following three categories according to the overall score, and a certificate and certification mark will be issued.

In addition to displaying the certification mark in stores, it can also be used on websites, business cards, etc.

The "star" certification mark is awarded when one or more initiatives/activities are implemented for each assessment item (a maximum of 5 stars can be awarded).
