During the fishing season, you can enjoy raw sakura shrimp at Hama no Kakiageya (Shizuoka City) in Yui Fishing Port, which is a store directly managed by the Fisheries Association, “Sakura” in Oigawa Port (Yaizu City), and other restaurants in the prefecture. I can.

 

Sakura shrimp can be harvested in Taiwan, but the only shrimp in the world that can be eaten raw is from Suruga Bay.
