 One　Regarding paper application for Fujinokuni SDGs Certification System

The Fujinokuni SDGs Certification System has started accepting paper applications in addition to online applications.

If you would like to apply on paper, please send the application form (store overview), checklist (PDF), and mail or fax to the Marketing Department.Please send.

If you would like the form to be mailed to you, please contact the person in charge by phone or other means.

In addition to the application form and check list,2 store introduction photos,1 photo of business licenseYou will need this information, so please send it by post or email to the person in charge.
