 The nationally touring exhibition "Special Exhibition: Japanese Cuisine - Japanese Nature and People's Wisdom" is currently being held at the Shimizu Marine Building Verkehr Museum in Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City.

 This exhibition will introduce the appeal of washoku, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, from multiple perspectives including science, history, and culture.

　The event will also feature original projects showcasing local food culture, and is packed with the charms of Shizuoka! Related events include lectures and workshops, making it a fun, hands-on learning experience.

 The event will run until Sunday, December 14th, so please come and visit us.
