This is a creative izakaya where you can always enjoy over 10 brands of Shizuoka local sake, sommelier-selected wines, and various alcoholic beverages, along with Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, including local fish caught with fixed nets off Jogasaki and Izu beef. Over 300 days a year, I accompany the Futo fixed net fishing on the Jogasaki coast and purchase fish. The local fish, which has been blood-drained off the coast, has been well received by everyone.
