What is Gastronomy Research Group?
As Shizuoka Prefecture promotes gastronomy tourism, the ``Gastronomy Tourism Study Group'' invites lecturers from various perspectives such as history, production, cuisine, and geography, and through lectures and exchanges of opinions, shares ideas about gastronomy tourism and It was established with the aim of deepening the understanding of food culture and creating a tourist area.
