Ginger-grilled Fuji Sele pork

How to make

If you tap the pork lightly, make a cut at the boundary between lean and fat with the blade of a knife and cut the line.

Heat the frying pan over high heat and spread the oil.

Bake the pork from the fat on high heat.

When the fat is properly colored, bake both sides until the desired brown color is obtained (about 2 minutes on one side).

When turning the front and back on the way, add shiitake mushrooms and shishito peppers, bake them, and take them out when they are cooked.

Reduce the heat once, add sake, set it to high heat again, flambe, and skip the alcohol.

When the fire goes out, put the shiitake mushrooms back in the frying pan and add the mixed sauce.

Cover and steam and take out the pork in 2 to 3 minutes.

Boil the sauce to the desired strength

Sprinkle the pork cut into a size that is easy to eat, and add shiitake mushrooms, shishito pepper, and grated radish.
