Crispy cookie of Shizuoka matcha from Fujieda

Powdered sugar | 30g |
Almond poodle | 40g |
Salt | 1.5g |
Soft flour | 120g |
Salad oil | 5cc |
White karinto | 30g |

How to make
Put white karinto in a plastic bag and beat it with a rolling pin to crush it into small pieces.
Mix matcha and vegetable oil to make a paste
Knead the butter that has been returned to room temperature by hand, add powdered sugar and mix until it becomes whitish, then add almond poodle, salt and ❷ in order and mix further.
Add flour to ❸ and mix until there is no powdery feeling, then add ❶ and mix.
Roll ❹ into dumplings (about 5g), arrange them on a plate with a cooking sheet, and bake them in an oven at 160 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (until you get a fox-colored grill while watching the situation).
After cooling ❺ to room temperature, entangle A and it's done!

If you mix matcha and salad oil, the cookies will not have uneven color and will be beautifully finished.
