Stir-fried orido eggplant and octopus with sesame miso

Two orido eggplants 
Boiled octopus for raw consumption150g
Yaki-dofu1 chome (300g)
1/2 onion 
Dashi2 tbsp
1 tablespoon sugar 
1 tablespoon of sake 
3 tablespoons of sesame oil 
Shimeji1/2 share
4 Japanese ginger 
4 sweet peppers 

How to make

Cut the orido eggplant into slices (3 mm thick), put in a microwave oven at 750 W for 2 minutes, and bake in 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil.

Cut the boiled octopus into small pieces, cut the yaki-dofu into diced pieces, cut the onion into 1 cm squares, loosen the shimeji mushrooms, cut the shimeji mushrooms into 1/4 pieces, and cut the sweet peppers in half.

Mix the seasoning with the miso and dissolve it.

Fry onions and shimeji mushrooms in 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil and add other ingredients.

After frying, add ❸ and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
