Shizuoka Sodachi beef sliced meat400-500g

How to make

Cut the vegetables into pieces that are easy to eat.

Combine the ingredients of the soup.

Put the soup in a clay pot and heat it.

Put vegetables and beef in a boiling place and eat before overheating.

By adding beef, vegetables and soup, it can be enjoyed by a large number of people. When you add udon or rice, it quickly turns into meat udon and meat porridge.

The sweet soup stock goes well with the beef. The point is to let the beef go through the hot soup quickly. Add vegetables as you like.
