Suruga fried ginger with Kunoha

Hairtail2 slices
2 pieces of pork belly (slice) 
Dried sakura shrimp10g
Matcha1 teaspoon
Flour125g
1 egg 
Olive oil25cc
Beer125cc
1 teaspoon of salt 
1/2 lemon 
Frying oil appropriate amount 

How to make

Cut the pork belly in half and cut the hairtail into three pieces and save the bones.
Wrap pork and hairtail one by one around leaf ginger, dust them, and fasten the hairtail with a toothpick so that it does not crumble.
Divide the egg into yolk and egg white, and whisk the egg white.
Mix flour, egg yolk, olive oil, beer, and salt in a bowl, then add ❸ egg whites and mix.
Divide ❹ in half and add coarsely chopped sakura shrimp and matcha to each and mix.
Lightly attach matcha batter to pork rolls and sakura shrimp batter to hairtail rolls.
Put the pork roll in 180 degree frying oil and it will be ready in 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon and enjoy
・ Hairtail can be replaced with white fish such as Thai and flounder.
・ By using beer or egg white for the batter, it will have a soft texture like fritters.
・ Depending on the size of the leaf ginger, cut it in half and use it.
