Suruga fried ginger with Kunoha

How to make
Cut the pork belly in half and cut the hairtail into three pieces and save the bones.
Wrap pork and hairtail one by one around leaf ginger, dust them, and fasten the hairtail with a toothpick so that it does not crumble.
Divide the egg into yolk and egg white, and whisk the egg white.
Mix flour, egg yolk, olive oil, beer, and salt in a bowl, then add ❸ egg whites and mix.
Divide ❹ in half and add coarsely chopped sakura shrimp and matcha to each and mix.
Lightly attach matcha batter to pork rolls and sakura shrimp batter to hairtail rolls.
