Material(Materials for 4 people)

300g of shrimp potatoes (satoimo and potatoes are also acceptable), 100g of minced chicken, 150g of onions, 1 piece of garlic, 2 cups of water, 2 cups of milk, 1 teaspoon of powdered tea, appropriate amount of salt and pepper

How to make

Peel the shrimp potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces and steam them (1 minute for a pressure cooker, 5-6 minutes for a steamer). Cut the onions into thin slices and crush the garlic.
