Orido eggplant with sesame paste

How to make
Orido eggplant cuts off the top and bottom to make it half the height. Peel and stab a bamboo skewer into the body of the eggplant and needle it.
Apply vegetable oil (outside the amount) to the whole eggplant, let it soak for about 10 minutes, and put it in a 500W microwave oven for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Take the plastic wrap, spread the kitchen paper, and put the oil in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Combine the ingredients for the soup stock in a pan and heat. Add eggplant and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
After taking out the eggplant, strain the broth, take 160cc in a pan, add sesame seeds, soy sauce, and mirin, boil, and thicken with water-soluble potato starch. Serve on an eggplant.
Potato starch should be added after turning off the heat.
